The beech and oak wood is ready for installation next week.

The main entrance was installed. It is made from teak and very heavy. It has yet to be coloured and framed. However, everybody said it was too plain. I may have to modify it a little bit.

The door handle and accessories are from Mul-T-Lock.

Mother's bathroom is rather small so we use the light earth-tone colour. The installed glass blocks also allow more sunlight. Besides, since she is now 86 years old, the bathroom floor is designed to be flat, smooth and has no barrier like in other bathrooms. The water will be drained into water sewers, which will be covered with aluminium panel.

Mother inspected the kitchen's floor. She had been concerned that the ceramic floor might be slippery and she might be sliding. It turns out that it is not so slick if we keep it dry and clean.

An air duct has been installed in the living room. Sideboards and showcases will later be built and installed under the air duct.

A worker was fixing ceramic floor tiles in the kitchen/dining room. The tiles are China-made porcelain which are widely used nowadays due to its good quality, choices of designs and cheap prices.
