A SONY Wall-Mount Bracket was installed on the wood board in the living room. The TV will be later attached to this plate unit.


To save spaces, the door to the storage room will be a folding type. A worker was seen installing the door frames.


The installation of kitchen furniture was proceeding well.

The wood panel was installed in front of the glass sliding door between the living room and the kitchen. It will be later pasted with wallpaper so as to look like the wall, although it can be opened for maintenance of the door occasionally.

Outdoor light fixtures were installed in the balcony.


There are a lot of pigeons around the condominium. They like to hang around talking to each other at the balcony. This is a major problem for us as they always leave their dung everywhere and there are so many of them. I don't know how I am going to solve this problem. I hope they will go away when I move in. Somebody recommended me to install a kitchen stove at the balcony so that I can always have them for dinner. Fried pigeons anybody?

We had a problem fixing lights in Dear's bedroom. A part of the ceiling in his bedroom was very low and there was only about 5 cms. space between the ceiling and the gypsum ceiling board, which made it impossible to fix the downlights or halogen lamp. We can use the ordinary wide ceiling light fixtures but they do not suit the modern style of the room. I will have to find other alternatives.

The main entrance has been modified, which is better than before and should be much better after colouring and finishing.

An air duct was installed on the window cornice, to prepare for the installation of a wall-type air conditioner.


Under the bookshelves in my bedroom, near the walk-in closet, is the place for my wine refrigerator and another small refrigerator. I have to keep the wine refrigerator here because it is quite big and there is no space left at the kitchen. In this picture Dear was seen practising stealing my wines. May be I should have it locked.

The closet in Dear's bedroom was almost finished. The glass sliding closet door has yet to be installed.


Dear inspected the cabinets in his bedroom. He was glad his bedroom and bathroom turned to be what he wanted them to be.

The ceiling in the dining room was prepared for the light fixtures above the dining table.


The dining table is expected to be 2 metres long and 1 metre wide.

"Best" (Smeg) kitchen hood has been installed. However, it has to be removed and reinstalled as the air duct needs to be readjusted.

"Franke" undercounter kitchen sink, "Paine" kitchen faucet , and "Culligan" drinking water purifier.


The "Siemens" electric oven has been installed. A "Sharp" microwave oven will later be installed above it.

Since the wood veneer "Legno/Aniegre dyed" that I had earlier selected for my bedroom was in shortage, I had to select the new wood veneer "Noce/Beech".
