Here it is! Regent On The Park II, located in Soi Sukhumvit 61 (Soi Sretthabutr). I bought this condominium unit in August 2005 from Khun Wiwat, who had bought it from the developer and had lived here for about three years. I was happy to pay for the price, which was reasonable although I preferred not to tell anyone.
