After making decision, I spent time studying classified ads in the newspapers and magazines. I contacted some real estate brokers, such as CBRE, APS, etc. I seeked advice from my friends, my sister, my brother, etc., all of which were very useful. I visited a lot of condominiums. Some are located in the Sukhumvit area, such as City Lake, Regent 1, Regent 2, Le Cascade, Empire House, Mano Tower, Supalai, etc. Some are located elsewhere, such as Saichol, Supakarn, Supreme Residence, Supreme Elegance, etc.

I took into consideration the prices, the location, the conditions, the building and facilities, the security, the neighbours, etc. This took me almost a year and I finally found the right condominium for me.
