Regent on the Park II was constructed in 1988 but is still in good condition. The buiding has 32 stories, containing 50 units on the 7th to 31st floor, two units on each floor, one on the east and one on the west. Every unit is identical. Total area for each unit is approximately 265 square metres, including about 60 square metres of five balconies and maid quarter.
